PILATES FIT
Pilates, also called Contrology, was developed by J. Pilates, and he focused on dancers' training and their specific needs. Very soon it was proved as a great low impact and very beneficial exercise for anyone: Pilates focuses on conscious, controlled movement, core (“powerhouse”) engagement, breathing and posture and gives great results:
